Ga DOE School Nutrition hosts culinary training for managers
This week. June 10 – 13, was the first session of two held at UGA’s Dawson Hall, led by Chef Cyndie Story and UGA’s Dr. Tracey Brigman. Topics covered included findings in Annual Reviews such as Buy American, food production records and culinary techniques. 19 of our managers from all over the state attended.
Dr. Linette Dodson handed out certificates to the graduates. Thank you for being passionate about Fueling Georgia’s Future!
